WAITLIST POLICIES AS OF OCTOBER 1, 2018 

Up to 3 hours before class (12 hours for indoor cycling):

  • If a class is full, you may add yourself to the waitlist. You will need an available credit in your account to do so. When a spot becomes available, you will be automatically added to the class according to your position in the queue, up to one hour before the class is scheduled to begin. If you are successful in securing a bike, an email or text confirming your reservation will be sent to you. By adding yourself to the waitlist - we assume that you are hoping to be here. If you do not wish to be added to the class, you will need to cancel your waitlist booking. This credit will be applied if you are successful in securing a spot or held up until the online waitlist expires (a few minutes after class is scheduled to begin). If you are scheduled for another class, and secure a bike from the waitlist, you, will be charged for both reservations. Our cancellation policy applies.

​Membership Policies at NBF

Month to month: 

  • This membership is a month contract.
  • This membership allows the member to register 5 days in advance up to 1/2 hour prior to classes on the schedule.
  • This membership is subject to all late cancelation policies. 
  • This membership is nonrefundable, no holds, no transfers. 

Semi Annual Memberships:

  • This membership has an auto payment option or a paid in full option coinciding with the Ontario Provincial Government Standards.
  • This membership allows the member to register 5 days in advance up to 1/2 hour prior to classes on the schedule. 
  • If this membership is on auto payment the member has agreed to a 6 month payment plan. 
  • If this membership has been paid in full, the member has agreed to a 6 month contract starting on date of purchase. 
  • This membership is subject to all late cancelation policies. 
  • This membership is non refundable, no holds, no transfers. 

Annual Memberships: 

  • This membership has an auto payment option or a paid in full option coinciding with the Ontario Provincial Government Standards.
  • This membership allows the member to register 5 days in advance up to 1/2 hour prior to classes on the schedule.
  • If this membership is on auto payment the member has agreed to the 12 month payment plan. 
  • If this membership has been paid in full, the member has agreed to a 12 month contract starting on date of purchase. 
  • This membership is subject to all late cancelation policies. 
  • This membership is non refundable, no holds, no transfers. 

BFF Memberships

  • This membership is one price, split between two members. 
  • This membership allows the member to register 5 days in advance up to 1/2 hour prior to classes on the schedule.
  • The members can split the price however they wish between the consenting members. 
  • This membership is subject to all cancelation policies. 
  • This membership is non refundable, no holds, no transfers. 
  • If one BFF decides to change their membership or cancel, the other member goes to individual pricing. 
  • This membership has a 6 month binding contract. 


If for some reason the member cannot make a payment of a membership (moving, etc) and needs to cancel, this requires a cancelation form. This is under discretion between member and manager as we are all human. If for some reason a contract needs to end, 90 days notice is required.

Please note that these policies are effective as of December 1, 2018. Our current members can enrol in new memberships anytime. Our current members are on a rolling contract basis where 30 days notice is still needed to cancel or make changes. 


CANCELLATION POLICIES at NBF AS OF OCTOBER 1, 2018

  • Late cancellation for all classes is 12 hours prior to class. Members can make changes prior to this time, and then you are locked in and we expect you here. 
  • If a member cancels within the 12 hour window, the member, drop in participant, or class card holder will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee + your class card deducted.   
  • If the member is a no - show, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $10 + your pass deducted. 
  • This will will be directly applied to your payment information on your profile. 

STUDIO ETIQUETTE 

  • ​Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your class.
  • Please bring indoor shoes. 
  • Please put all your belongings in the back change room (either one is fine). 
  • Please sign in at the front desk using your individualized key tag. Lost it? Replace it for $20. 
  • ​You are required to stay for the entire duration of class which includes the warm up, workout, and cool down. 
  • PLEASE WAIT in the foyer until we let you into either studio. 
  • NO cell phones please (in bag and on silent).

Class Card Policies 

  • All class cards have a 6 month expiry on them. 
  • All class cards are non transferable and non refundable. 
  • Every class you come to, will be deducted off your pass.
  • ​Class cards allow you to register 5 days in advance for your classes.
  • Class passes are subject to all late cancelation policies.
