Our BUILD classes are the No Borders Fitness Strength and Conditioning Classes. These classes focus on interval training to increase your strength and build muscle. Iron is tough, but you are tougher, baby.
TABATA: a circuit style class with intervals of 20 seconds of work, and 10 seconds of rest. You will be using a variety of equipment including free weights, TRX's, BOSU Balls, Battle Ropes and more.
HIIT Revolution: An interval style training class focusing on low impact exercises for your total body. All sequences are interval style, working for 30 seconds or more! This class is a ton of fun, focusing on 3 sections in class: upper body, lower body, and core.
TRX: Your body weight is an amazing tool! The term suspension training refers to an approach to strength training that uses a system of ropes and webbing called a "suspension trainer" to allow users to work against their own body weight. The field of suspension training is a form of resistance training that includes bodyweight exercises in which a variety of multi-planar, compound exercise movements can be performed. These are done with the aim of developing strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously.
BUILD: Build strength, not bulk in a 45-minute class that brings more weight into our fitness studio than ever before. Unleash greater power in an innovative circuit that alternates weight lifting with body resistance, mixing moves like pull-ups, planks, deadlifts and arm presses to keep you constantly challenged. Your squad drives you onward. Your coach tests your technique. Walk in fierce and walk out fearless.
Balls are Best: Aren't they?! This class will use BOSU Balls, Med Balls, Wall Balls, and Stability Balls circuit -style. Have fun with this class, and transition from one muscle group to the other with very little rest for intensity and great music to boot.
FITNATION: The No Borders signature interval class. This class will have focused rounds, each round to challenge you on a different component of fitness. Whether that be a round of strength, endurance, balance, then agility, or maybe a combo of accuracy, stamina, power, and flexibility. The rounds are endless for our coaches on this one, and you will reap the benefits of High intensity intervals of cardio and strength training. Great music, energy & results...Using multi compound movements with weights and the latest weight lifting techniques.Be ready to take your body to the next level.
Ropes and Bells: This fun class uses your own body weight, kettle bells, and battles ropes to amp up the intensity & sweat (and fun!) Get ready to learn new moves in this class!
Our stretch classes include active regeneration programming, our incredible yoga classes, pilates classes, foam rolling, or anything mat-focused.
PILATES: New for the fall, join us on the mat for a class that focuses on core strength at its best! Pilates teaches body awareness & good posture while increasing core strength, flexibility, & mobility.
YIN YOGA Specialty: Join us as we launch an evening YIN Yoga Session. This class will focus on restoring the body and renewing the spirit. Postures are held longer and blend with mindful transitions, breath and deep awareness
Foam Rolling: Using the foam roller, you will learn how to use it for your major muscle groups to increase blood flow, to help with post workout soreness, understand technique and the benefits of myofascial release, which in turn can help improve your recovery time and keep you injury free.

POUND: POUND Rockout Workout is a cardio-jam session infused with drumming. using lightly weighted ripstix, you will be working through 4 movement spectrums (set, lunge, kit, T&A) all set to your favourite music. Unleash aggression, challenge your balance, flexibility, co ordination, and endurance in one of our most popular programs to date!
BarrePower: Our exclusive No Borders Fitness Barre Class. Using ballet barres as prop through out this class, this ballet-infused strength class will having you using weights, bender balls, and your own body weight to sculpt a strong, powerful body using cardio-centric circuits. It's challenging, but suitable for all levels of fitness. Get ready to sweat!
STRONG: Music Led High Intensity Interval Training! Our newest class to our schedule, this class will take you through 4 quadrants of different intensities to challenge your endurance. With everything perfectly synced and timed to music, its hard to not have a good time in this one-hour class!
